Frans van de Ven (Helmond, January 22nd 1959) is married and father of three children. He studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen. After a HR role at oil company Fina, he entered the world of recruitment in the early nineties at Staffpool. After being a Consultant at Compaz Career Consult, he worked for a long period as a Senior Recruiter at Hays, focussed on senior positions in several branches (Executive), before starting his own agency.
His favorite hobby is the cycle racing sport.
